Today's tenderloin cook (pic heavy)

I've asked questions, checked out the Big Green Egg recipes and watched a few videos. And here is what I came up with.
I dusted the tenderloins with Rippleman's Shake-It Shake-it Sugar-Free rub then wrapped the two tenderloins together using 7 bacon strips. Then onto the MM at 400 for 12 minutes after which I flipped it about every 10 minutes. About 20 - 25 minutes in I basted it with Blues Hog then pulled it off at 130 internal (total cooking time was 35 minutes). I put it into a dish, covered with aluminum foil and wrapped in a towel for 10-15 minutes before slicing and plating it.
Pictures are in order with no descriptions as I'm sure you guys will know what you are looking at.
Plated with some Blues Hog drizzled on and potatoes. SWMBO made me eat the broccoli and cauliflower which came from a bag she microwaved.
Thanks to all of you that answered my questions about tenderloins.
Again I was impressed with the way the MM held its temperature. It dropped when I opened the lid but quickly came back up and held between 400 - 415. I do need to get a handle on which way the daisy wheel should be aligned so that it doesn't close when I open the egg as I had to keep opening it after it closed when I opened the egg.
I ran the daisy wheel pretty much wide open the whole cook. I just used the lump that was left over from last Saturday's cook with no ash clean out prior to starting the fire. i love my MiniMax more with each cook I do on it.

I was doing that and it wasn't working for me. After reading @Big_Green_Craig
ig's post I figured out what I was doing wrong. I was putting the cap on set like his picture then adjusting the cap to get my temperatures. I should be aligning the screws once the temp is set. Makes sense now.

I read "tenderloin" and immediately thought beef... when I saw that sliced picture I wondered what that beef ever did to you to deserve to be cooked that grey. And that's what I realized that it was pork. Need to wake up still!
Looks good!
