local butcher has been bringing these in so on a whim invited a friend a grabed one on the way home.
No no hacks where used like pineapple to tenderize, no salt dry brine, no butter, garlic or thyme etc.

I've never tried the Wagyu tri tip but tri tip is a favorite of mine and your Wagyu tri tip looks great.
Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.

Oh dear lord! Just had a regular Tri-Tip last night a little 2.5 pounder it came out great, was destroyed by 3 Marines! But a Wagyu? Oh dear lord there is a beef god!!!!
