SV at 130 for 1 1/2 hr with butter and rosemary. Into an ice bath to cool down so I wouldn’t overcook when frying the crust. Then into an egg wash with Old Bay and into the Pork Rinds

I’ve got a thing of plain pork rinds I just hadn’t put anything on the docket to fry since I did that sous vide egg yolk. (I think my brain turned off that love in my life this month)

That does look delicious. Got to admit, being new to the Egghead forum, the hardest thing I find is learning the nomenclature used by many. For example, SV? I find myself having to do a google search on all the abbreviations before I can move on to read the rest of the comments. Hopefully, I'll catch on.
