Pork Rind Crusted Pork Chops

SV at 130 for 1 1/2 hr with butter and rosemary. Into an ice bath to cool down so I wouldn’t overcook when frying the crust.  Then into an egg wash with Old Bay and into the Pork Rinds 

Frying on the mini in coconut oil.
