I have really enjoyed cooking with the Grillgrates on my XL.
Thanks @Thatgrimguy who sent me these FREE.
Flipped them over tonight and cooked a big package of bacon and some greasy 80/20 burgers on the flat side. Both were excellent. Lots of smoke from drippings but I kept the Daisy Wheel open and bottom vent fairly closed down. No off flavor. Burgers were some of the best and cooked very even across the surface.

Zukes with a side of bacon cheeseburger is one of my favorite meals
