Preheated the lid from the Lodge double dutch oven on the medium to 425F. Seasoned a nice piece of salmon from the local butcher with the No Salt Raging River from Dizzy Pig. A half tablespoon of butter and a splash of EVOO. Crookneck yellow squash seasoned with pepper. A dash of parsley over the skillet. Finished for 3 minutes in the broiler. Complimented with Minnesota lake rice. Thanks for looking.
