Made a loaf of cheddar and learned something new

Cube the cheddar instead of shredding it!! I don’t have a picture of the crumb because we ate it too fast! But by using the cubes you get some nice large holes and plenty of cheesy bits!!

This loaf was most likely something very similar to https://comfortablydomestic.com/2013/12/no-knead-artisan-cheddar-bread/
That recipe is based on Artisan Bread in 5 minutes a Day. I was using that book a lot back then (still do).
