I made this again, and this time I added some Korean Hot Pepper Paste. The flavors fused together well. Full recipe here.

Did it again tonight kebab style and I like it even better. I recommend to halve the salt from the recipe posted above. This is crazy good.
First flip
Peri peri, Indian styled saag, Indian tomato rice. So good.Keepin' It Weird in The ATX FBTX -

The Cen-Tex Smoker That looks incredible!
What is your grill setup for the skewers? It looks like the CGS adjustable rig (without the grates) -

just make sure to use metal skewers. The hot metal burns right through the wood skewers. I like these flat skewers from the photo-pilfering Steven Raichlen. I think there are some triangular skewers that would work well too. The round ones roll around too much and always end up with the heavy side down. Flat or triangular fix that.Keepin' It Weird in The ATX FBTX

Makes a great wing too. Not the prettiest but definitely one of the best.

BTW, it's really good on pork also.
Agreed. I've used Nando's peri-peri on pork, really nice. Used a reverse sear on a double cut pork chop.
