SOLD OUT ALREADY?? 21st Annual EGGtoberfest General Admission-Stone Mountain Park

That was fast. You would think they would make the event bigger if it sells out so fast? I obtained my tickets, but I know there's going to be some upset people who missed out.

Is there any "Egg fest" as big (or as popular) as the one at Stone Mountain? I'd like to start traveling to a few of them.

  • I will mark my calendar for the Hiawassee one for next year. Any idea when tickets go on sale? Are they super high in demand or can I purchase at gate?

    They sell out as well, just not as fast. I believe they are released for purchase around January 1st at midnight.

    Eggtoberfest at Stone Mountain is the largest one.

    Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

    If you really want to go just make sure you keep checking in here.  Every year people end up dumping tickets on here that they bought and can’t use.

    Another event to put on your calendar if you're up for a flight, Brisket Camp in NOLA in October (usually). Though the host has not made an official confirmation of the event this year, I have it on fairly good authority from an unnamed source that it is on.

    Just because I'm bored, I'm going to post some pics from the past Brisket Camps.
    @hapster Scrapple, egg, cheese sammiches:

    @SGH Unit something or other with protein:

    @nolaegghead hanging a stuffed pony in a tree. Because, why not?

    @SGH Head cheese. There was a secret ingredient. You'll have to go read about BB III to find it.

    A few of the guilty

    These were all from BC III.

    BC IV highlight reel

    No idea who this guy is...

    Someone was staring at their phone, what a loser...

    This guy again...

    What could this possibly be?

    No good could possibly come from this. @caliking @20stone

    Proof that Nichole does all the work and @bgebrent takes all the credit...

    @Thatgrimguy's smoker is full

    Goat before

    Goat after

    @FleurdeLirious whipped up an awesome chacuterie plate, just because I mentioned I might like that.

    Can't forget this. Actually, yes, you can. This was made to ensure you don't...
