Dino ribs done...

Morning All:
The ribs went at about 250 for a total of just under 6 hours...ready to come off...
I let them rest while I did some shrimp...
Rub for the shrimp was Dizzy Pig Pineapple Head...done...
Also had a couple pans of butternut squash & golden beets...seasoning for that was DP Mediterranean-ish...
Ribs were sooooo good...
We had our son, D-I-L & three grandsons join us...there was only one rib left & no shrimp so everyone was HAPPY!

@gdenby— I agree, these three are 11, 8 & 3 years old with the 3 year old eating about half of one of the ribs (more than the 8 year old)
