    I have the same one.  Gave my anova to another forum member. This does well with reheating pulled pork/ beef. 
    Slumming it in Aiken, SC.

    Funny how stuff like that works. If you remember, in 1980 a VCR sold for a thousand to two thousand bucks, just depending on what brand you bought. However, in the end you could buy/get one for as low as twenty five bucks. Makes me wonder how much my 35 year old Phillips VCR that we paid $1600 bucks for is worth today. Well I can tell you, it’s worth absolutely nothing :s
