    I would wait in line for a week to eat at Rene Redzepi's Noma in Copenhagen.
    I would burn Rene Redzepis Noma to the ground for a dip of Copenhagen =)

    Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

    Status- Standing by.

    Pits at Smittys

    The sight of their pits is burned in my memory. one of the coolest bbq-related things i've seen.

    @busmania - re: Valentina's... 2 words= homemade tortillas. Highly recommended.

    I don't know what the best brisket in the world is, and if its Franklin's, then I probably never will. I can't bring myself to spend that kind of time waiting in line. I don't care what the experience is. I know a few folks who have made the best brisket I have eaten, and I'm fine with that.

    I would wait in line for a week to eat at Rene Redzepi's Noma in Copenhagen.  I hear reservations aren't open for eons.
     Never been to Noma, but loved Copenhagen.  Denmark in general is on of my favorite European countries.  Cured fish, pasteries, bread, pickled everything.

    I would rather light a candle than curse your darkness.
