I needed to finish off the last of the Father’s Day brisket so I threw together these tasty leftovers  ;) 

Original prime packer...

Rewarmed with a little water and some bbq sauce


Avocado sour cream and cotija cheese

BBQ mayo on top

Makes me feel good not to waste a single bite of that brisket!
