Gochujang Meatball Pizza

Been meaning to try the recipe for these meatballs that’s been circulating here for awhile.  @bgebrent introduced me to them with this thread and helped me out with tips today:

Well of course I halved them and put them on top of a pizza, because... why not?  Added some green onions and a drizzle of the meatball glaze mixed with some FWSY sauce:



This was pretty fun to make, and I highly recommend both the meatballs and the pie!

Meatballs have to be my favorite pizza topping and those sound amazing. Nicely done!

That pie looks legit John!  I'm glad you liked the Korean balls on your pizza.  They are tasty.  Green onion was a great touch.  Crust looks perfect.  The Roccbox gods are smiling my friend.

I can't put together gochujang meatballs and pizza, but it sure looks GOOD, and I bet it was -- great job!

Thanks man.  First time trying them on a pizza for me.   They were pre-cooked on the BGE, so you get some nice smoke flavor on the meat.  I’ll definitely be doing this one again.
