Cow and chicken

Wings served four ways.  All seasoned with Thunderbird Chicken Scratch.



1) just rub 2) with shredded parmesan 3) 50/50  Gentry’s BBQ Cakalacki Gold and Franks Red Hot 4) Gentry’s bbq Tenne-Sweet



Never had the Gentrys BBQ sauce, but their Mustard Sauce won Best BBQ sauce at Memphis in May, so I figured id give it a shot.




After the wing appetizer, I reverse seared a Tomahawk that I picked up this past weekend. 



Finishing off the evening with some adult beverages and reflecting on life.

    She’s doing very well.  Due in July, so she’s getting there.  Entering what seems to be the “uncomfortable phase”, but overall boring. Boring is good.

    I just bought some chicken scratch today.  I look forward to doing some wings tomorrow w it.  I also have some of their white sauce I was gonna try on them.
