Thursday Pecan crusted pork chop on the MiniMax....

Options
Found a break in the weather and got me a outdoors cook in tonight.

While they were getting happy....I cut some fresh okra and mushrooms....

Added a dill cucumber salad and called it dinner.

Watched me some Slowhand I had DVR’d a while back.....had the late JJ Cale join him for a few songs. Also Derick Trucks was playin with him....it were goooood!
...oh and one more thing....figured out the Rockwood easy open process. I knew it couldn’t be hard if @DoubleEgger could do it

Thanks for looking and have a great night.

That'll do for a Thursday night. Can't say I've ever had pecan crusted chops before. Any seasoning, or just the chopped pecans? I assume some kind of oil for a binder?

Hmm. I need to rethink things - I thought the easy-open involved a box cutter.

    Nice cook.
Coincidence. Opened a new bag of bird seed with those. Nice try.

Beautiful cook Robin. Maestro as always.
I had dinner last night and my host was a gracious as it gets.
It was not on a BGE, and while good, it was not even close to @northGAcock on the BGE good.
Stellar cook my brother. I can't wait to get back home.
