Sorry no picts , but it did happen . I had no time for photos as i was feeding a crowd. But yesterday i made beef tenderloin skewers that were marinated in homemade chimichurri sauce. Equal parts red wine vinegar and evoo, lots of crushed garlic a little salt, chopped parsley and thats it. Super simple, and was an absolute hit with everyone. The meat was so flavorful even the fussy eaters wolfed it down. The tenderness of the meat just added to the awesomeness of it all. Safeway had usda choice tenderloin on sale for $7.77 per lb so it cost about $75 to feed 20 or so with a wow factor impact that is hard to beat ...cooked over mesquite charcoal just added to the awesomeness.
Meat marinated for 10 .hrs and that was fine.
This one's a keeper...

Nice. We do a lot of chimi around here as well. Similar results with the kids and guests. Rarely any leftovers.Keepin' It Weird in The ATX FBTX

How long did you marinade? Also, did you cube it like kebobs or slice then and skewer like korean bbq?
Don't tell your problems to people. 80% of people don't care and 20% are glad you have them.
