Greek Pizza

One of my favorites on the egg......  Pizza. Tried something a little different. 1/2 Tzatziki 1/2 homemade marinara for the sauce. Goat and feta for cheese. Little bit of prosciutto, Kalamata olives, sun dried tomato, artichoke heart with spinach and some dizzy pig shaking the tree. Think I need to work my dough to be a little thinner before I put it on. It always blows way up and is a little thick. Thanks for looking.

Thanks!  I used to use sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts and spinach, plus some cheese, but the tzatziki sounds great!

If you want to try a different dough, Jim Lahey's no knead dough has become my favorite. Hand stretched, no rolling pin, doesn't puff up like that. Quite nice IMO. And it's ready in 8 hours! Make it in the morning, pizza for dinner! Looks like this (large egg, 700°)
