    Thanks-husband brought home the Tri-Tip on Thursday in a very not so veiled attempt to influence the menu for Friday. The Hens were in the freezer-and were an easy fix. And I have my half of the leftovers in my lunch bag for the day! Thanks for looking and commenting!

    I hope you all had a great holiday weekend. I did not get to fulfill my plans for cooking due to some awful weather. I have lived vicariously through @evie1370 s girl power. We also have been without power for most the weekend. Just now getting back on line with everything. Hope all of you had a safe weekend where ever you were egging.
