So I was volunteered to make a bunch of food for a teachers appreciation picnic at my kids school. I’m just getting things going, 40 pounds of butts, and smoked bacon/panko Mac and cheese. This is my first time using Rockwood and my Thermoworks Smoke. I’ve been a Fogo guy, so I’m curious.

I'm in Fredericksburg, VA, and I have an XL and a medium.

I’m interested to see your take on the RW. I moved up from RO and it made a world of difference.

Teachers bust their rear ends day in and out with little to no recognition. This will be very much appreciated. What a great gesture!"The pig is an amazing animal. You feed a pig an apple and it makes bacon. Let's see Michael Phelps do that" - Jim Gaffigan

Great undertaking right there. Congrats for stepping up.

2 great compliments...one woman says she’s from Memphis and is a bbq snob and she came back for 2nds saying mine is right up there. Another said I passed the “no sauce” test, which is a big one for me, because I don’t like a bunch of sauce on my pork, either. Had a bunch of people ask where my business is located too. I guess I need to get on that!I'm in Fredericksburg, VA, and I have an XL and a medium.

Way to bring it home. Congrats on the undertaking and more impressive, the delivery. A banquet for sure. Nailed it across the board.
