TSA/airlines/Expedia/1%-ers who own airline stocks.  Flew home this last weekend, a few more things have changed since my last set of flights (about a year ago).

New screening machines, apparently they pick up pieces of paper in your pockets.  Got yelled at, "Take the d*mn paper out of your pockets!"  Took out my boarding passes.  "Take the d*mn paper out of your pockets!"  Pockets were empty, he showed me the screen, and we figured out that, apparently, the Kevlar sewn into my motorcycle slacks sets off the new machines.  Got an extra-cozy pat-down.  Gah!  Note taken.

USA Today published a list of the "pitch" (legroom) between airline seats for all the airlines a few months back, ranging from 34" down to 26".  Its now a full-on arms (legs?) race to cram the most meat into the shortest space.  Person in front of me can't recline, my knees are already jammed against their seat (30 years ago, the fine ladies at the counter would automatically switch me, on sight, to an Exit row (6'5", 37" inseam); now, I can pay $37 to get that seat, cuz the lousy M*ther%*^&#ing 1%-er airline CEOs need an even BIGGER yacht this year!  Gah!

Babies cry, especially on descent (they don't know to swallow as the air pressure changes, and it hurts their ears).  Over the years I've mostly been able to tune it out, not yesterday.  Ever wonder what Axl Rose must've sounded like as a baby?  I don't, not anymore.  Gah!

40th HS Reunion is in Sioux Falls this June, so going back home then.

    I'm driving.

I’m working on something cooler for the next Sauce and Rub exchange. Think “Homemade Yeti”. And you more than repaid me for it with that thing I’m not supposed to mention.

The Iran Deal certainly sucked.  Lucky for us, The Donald gave it the middle finger!   Barack’s girlfriend, Valerie Jarrett is against it, so it must be one other way to MAGA!
