Sous Vide spare ribs for 12 hours, smoked with cherry for 90m, then glazed with a Thai garlic sauce. 

Served with pickled radishes. (And chicken wings)

That sounds and looks amazing. Really like that serving board, where did you get it? Of course, I would want mine branded with a PA outline rather than TN.

@DMW the only other correct logo we would have accepted is Texas, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, or the ButtBlast Seal. 

We did those for an auction at a a golf tournament a couple of years ago. I also have a TX and AR one. 

I think they just heated up the steak brands we put in the prize bin and hit the wood.

Very nice post, beautiful presentation of another delicious looking cook. I love the serving board, and serving with wings (-1 point for not showing the wings).

@YukonRon yeah those went straight into an aluminum tin and handed to my wife.

@baychilla I think I went 12 hours in the 160s?

Then 90m with some cherry on low and 400s to carmalize the sauce.

@Jeremiah @DMW @tarheelmatt I’ll call the guy about those boards and see where they got them. 

Now if @JohnInCarolina could get us a Butt Blast branding iron...we could sell raffle tickets for them and justify @CTMike ‘s gas bill to haul Mortimer next year.
