Spatchcock chicken and bone marrow!!!

First time smoking bone marrow and I don't think I'll have it any other way.......

    Mmmmm, smoked marrow. And if you have any that isn't smoked, and inferior, you can toss it in my direction. Chicken looks good too, hope there was some marrow there also.

    By the way, marrow is well accompanied by agrodolce. Perhaps sweet grapes in vinegar. Cuts any gooeyness.
