Sliders

I don't post much anymore. Wife is on a serious diet to get ready for our annual river trip this summer, so I've just been cooking for Duke and me and those of you with kids know how picky a 3.5 year old can be sometimes. Made us some sliders last night because I know they will always be a hit. Forgot to take any pictures of them grilling. Hell, I always forget to take pictures of food cooking these days. Anyways, just a quick dinner so I could mow the lawn after. I'm going to try and start taking more pictures and post more cooks and although I don't comment much anymore, I do lurk and look at the wonderful stuff you guys are putting out.

Nice to see you post buddy. I know the feeling not posting much nor taking pictures of the cooks. It's much tougher with the kidos around, that's for sure!

A promotion at work means less time screwing around and posting on forums and the kid keeps me busy after work, but I do pop in a few times a week to see what everybody is up to.

If I had pictures from when my kids were the size of yours, you'd see lots of spaghetti, sloppy joe's, and hamburger helper - for the nights we actually cooked. Glad you posted and checked in.Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Thank you. Most of my days involve shuffling papers these days. About once a month, I get to fire up the GC/MS to run VOCs or SVOCs and once every 5 weeks I run a weekend shift. Occasionally, I'll cover if somebody is out sick or on vacation.Rowlett, Texas
