Scraps for dinner
Had some scraps leftover from breaking down a leg o’ lamb for Easter skewers. Went APL with marinade, rub, glaze and finish sauce. Pretty tasty. I had planned on doing a grilled curry but the wife nixed that. Thanks for looking.
