I was very happy with today’s results.... Bad Byron’s rub ...  3 chunks of apple and cooked indirect at 260 for 2.75 hrs .... wrapped with butter and brown sugar for 1.25 hrs .... then back on for an hour with sauce applied.... great pull and the bones came clean...  thanks for looking ....
