Asian Sensation

Was feeling like Asian for lastnights menu. Dug a few quail out of the freezer from the fall and decided on bulgogi for the remainder of the protein. Put it on rice noodles and paired it with a sweet cinnamon butternut squash bake. This may have been my favorite meal I’ve cooked this year, so far. Cooked 375 raised-direct.
