OT - early SPD...getting my Reuben on

Wife (100% Irish) and daughter heading to NYC tomorrow, so we did St Patrick’s Day tonight.  I’m not a fan of boiled potatoes and cabbage, so our tradition is homemade Reubens...seeded rye, corned beef, imported Swiss cheese (it is better), sauerkraut, thousand island dressing.  Cooked-up the corned beef last night (3.5 hours in a boil of water, usual spices, Worcestershire, hot sauce, white wine).  Chilled corned beef sliced real nice, about 3/8”.  Build it thick, don’t skimp on the 1000 Island.

Ease the brick into the panini maker.  Best Reuben ever!
