My first cook

My first cook was every ones favorite, bone in butt. I couldn't find the pix of it when I first posted here, so here it is, along with pix of my first wings for SBS, and a turkey soon after that.
My next cook starts tonight. Another butt, with DJ's Homemade Dry Rub. Side of homemade baked beans with peach cobbler for desert. Pix tomorrow. Stay tuned.

Thanks. The meat was tasty but the skin, though crispy, was tough. I need more practice with chicken skin.
