Chicken schwarma - need better apparatus
been trying to make restaurant style chicken schwarma on bge. Made this at 400 raised indirect . Took about 3 hrs

It tasted good. Kids couldn’t stop eating . I used a yogurt marinade according the instructions on a premixed spice package (Shaan tandoori, https://www.amazon.com/Shan-Tandoori-Chicken-BBQ-1-75/dp/B000MSNGYM)
