Nice. Lately I've been placing my little minimax 12" grate directly on the coals on my large, fits right in to the kick ash basket. gets an unbelievable sear.

I totally agree. I think I've eaten steak while dinning out maybe 8 times in thirteen years since I got my first egg.
I have one place near me that makes a great prime rib. When my friend made prime rib on his egg that was as good or better I knew I was going to buy one.

Yum!!!!! Oh and I second that about steak restaurants. The funny thing is that when you tell most people that you could cook a steak better, they look at you like you're a fool.
