Just made the most awesome rack of lamb, thanks to AdamPerryLang recipe

Made lamb chops numerous times before and they always turned out good I thought with my own ideas on what spices to add and the last time I sorta followed the subject recipe without the dressing and only used ingredients I had on hand but this time followed it pretty close and they turned out just the best ever. fresh marjoram and thyme but did not have chives and used fresh basil and dried celentro instead.
first pic just as she came off the egg, second going on and the rest with all the dressing and eaten.......

Few mins longer on would have still been great......I pulled it at125 then removed platesetter and let her rip put a burn on it for 2mins a side and would have been happy at 130 myself as well.

Have done that recipe a few times. It’s a winner for sure.  Awesome job!

Love my rare lamb.  Aside from gyros.  Otherwise, rare.
