Just made the most awesome rack of lamb, thanks to AdamPerryLang recipe

Made lamb chops numerous times before and they always turned out good I thought with my own ideas on what spices to add and the last time I sorta followed the subject recipe without the dressing and only used ingredients I had on hand but this time followed it pretty close and they turned out just the best ever. fresh marjoram and thyme but did not have chives and used fresh basil and dried celentro instead.

Da-n. Great cook. Hard to beat lamb on the BGE. Congrats.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

Few mins longer on would have still been great......I pulled it at125 then removed platesetter and let her rip put a burn on it for 2mins a side and would have been happy at 130 myself as well.dmourati said:Amazing. I prefer my lamb medium well.MMx, my not so large BGE
