    I’ve heard that the best way to get help with sausage is to post an ad online. There’s this site called “Craigslist”. Just post an ad advertising a “sausage fest” in conjunction with your home address.

    Just like any other cut, the fat content of pork shoulder can vary widely.   When I'm cutting up the shoulder to get ready to grind, I kinda estimate the fat content.  Often I will add more if it's lean.  Usually belly.

    Also important to post in the M4M section (meat for men).  Otherwise you'll end up with a bunch of vegan recipes to weed through.

    There's also an app that helps with the making of the sausage called "Grindr". Should check it out.

    Ok, so I thought "Oh Cool a app for sausage making" so yes, I looked it up, and yes i got the APP, I have met SO Many People, but none of them seem to have an interest charcuterie
