Baked Ziti on the medium......

Made a killa (if I say so myself) Lasagna last week and had some left over Italian Sausage sauce. Well tonight it goes into the casserole in the form of baked ziti. 

400 degrees indirect.....
welp...it is time to dig in.

    On occasion. Use Rockwood only....no smoke wood. Just the right amount of smoke.
