-25°C Boston Butt

To classify today as a cold day would be a total understatement.  It was as low as -35°C with the windchill but I didn’t care.

4 hour cook at 250°C
4 hour cook at 350°C

brought the butt in the house and let it rest for 30 minutes before shredding.

  • That picture belongs in a magazine. Beautiful presentation Bosco. Haha @Canugghead good catch. I’m thinking he meant “F”. I think 4 hours at 350C and we would see a butt that looked similar to Mickey’s wings.

You're a brave soul. Nice cook! I looked at my egg through the window and decided to use the stove instead!

Looks great. It's also kinda fun when people who don't know better find out you were "grilling" in those temps.
