Breakfast pizza?

Options
I’ve got regular pizzas nailed down, but was wondering if anyone had a good breakfast pizza recipe for the BGE??
I'm in Fredericksburg, VA, and I have an XL and a medium.

Make / prepare your dough as you would a traditional pizza.

Use either a red pizza sauce or sausage gravy for your sauce. I like both with no preference for one or the other.

Top with some mozzarella cheese. You can mix in some cheddar also optional.

Top with hash brown potatoes partially cooked (I don’t crisp them as I would if I were preparing them to server with eggs.

Top with real bacon bits and scrambled eggs. Note... I pour my eggs on a flat top and cook round like a crep,  move to pizza and top with more cheese. (6 eggs will do a 14 inch pizza)  You can scramble eggs in a skillet and spread on pizza as an alternative.

Finish with a lesser amount of mozzarella cheese and Cook on a raised indirect as you would a more traditional pizza. Enjoy.

Yep. That’s kinda what I was thinking too. I had the sausage gravy thought too. Thanks!

I like the idea of the sausage gravy. May have to try that.

My kids love the breakfast pizza from our local Casey’s.  They use a cheese sauce.

Here is one I made with I believe a Preggo cheese sauce.  Sausage, scrambled egg.  It was very good.

There are a ton on the forum if you just search breakfast pizza.  I did one a while ago that’s a little different but was really good.

This is true, but I think the OP request is for suggestions for craft, bespoke breakfast pizza recipes.

I agree wholeheartedly! I was going for a bfast themed pizza, but you raise a good point!
