Late night pizza

Legume

fired up the egg late to make a couple of pizzas with excess dough.  One of each and a 1/2 and 1/2 on a GF crust from local pizza place.  Breakfast and lunch tomorrow.

1. Chopped brisket, onion, sweet hot jalapeños, blue cheese crumbles
2. Cream cheese/bacon jam/maple syrup base, sliced chicken maple sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, finished with maple syrup drizzle.

Dang, those all look great. I know I would not be able to wait until tomorrow to dive into those.

Thanks.  Yep, just basic seasoned scrambled eggs, but we undercooked them before putting them on the pizza so they didn't end up dried out.  Next time I think I will probably fold a little cheese in them as well.  In fact, next time I think I'll half cook the rest of the pizza first and then add the eggs and finish.

Undercooked the eggs.  They were very moist, just firm enough to handle.  See answer above on what I may try next time.
