My take on wings

Wings have just gotten so expensive in our area and legs are relatively cheap. So I switch to making drumettes. Start by taking chicken legs,  remove the skin and clean them up. Apply a generous amount of rub, wrap with bacon apply another generous amount of rub. Finish with a glaze of sauce
