    Are you renting the camper? I tried to rent one through RVshare and those folks are a bunch spazoids. Current plan is to camp in a minivan at spot 26.

    @g8golfer I think a Full mattered should fit between your wheel wells in that. I slept in a full in my Expedition last fall for a few days responding to the Hurricane and it did not suck.

    @g8golfer I think a Full mattered should fit between your wheel wells in that. I slept in a full in my Expedition last fall for a few days responding to the Hurricane and it did not suck. 
    I will measure and see if it will work. If so I will throw a mattress in the back and crash in the Yukon for a couple days. Might change my nane to YukonGolfer.

    Yes. I'm renting the same one i rented last year  The guy pulls it down, sets it up  and then picks it up on Sunday.

    If you ain't too ugly....yes. Don't worry, there are lots of pictures of some raw bone folk....so you stand a good chance. Actually the wif is the photo grapher in the fam. She took quite a few from BB1.....but her camera was on the blink for the second one. She back in the saddle though.

    Sorry for the delay in responding. 

    RVshare is a site for owners to rent out their RV's campers. Usually a better deal than CruiseAmerica or something like that. I tried for 3 weeks  to rent an RV through RVshare and struck out, because most of the owners I contacted through the site either didn't respond, or had miniscule attention spans and did not want to answer basic questions.

    I had not considered renting a trailer, and having it set up and waiting for us at the park. This was obviously the way to go, since i was able to rent a camper trailer in a day or two. 

    Go to RVshare.com and search for campers around Salisbury, NC. You should be able to find one that fits your needs.
