You are not alone. There are a lot of people who find the flavors of leftovers (especially chicken or turkey) offensive. Check out this article.

Agree with SV to reheat. I decided on Turkey Chili, or TX Turkey Soup if you want....

Turkey tetrazzini is probably my favorite use of leftovers“There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body.”

Don't like a reheated part 2 turkey dinner either. I send the potatos and gravy home with my guests(who fight over them lol). For me it's leftover turkey breast sandwich with a 1/2" slab of dressing, Dukes and fresh ground pepper on soft white bread. Doesn't get any better.

Excellent post, Ron. My only suggestion *might* be, if you know you don't like a certain type of food (or eating certain foods as leftovers), avoid eating them.

For cold sandwiches, a toasted turkey club is ideal (Bacon, lettuce, tomato, sliced white meat).
SV has opened a whole new dimension on leftover turkey. Heat it in the bag with some gravy and it is just as good as the day of the feast. Whipped/mashed taters are also ideal in the SV.Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad! -
I don’t like reheated meat much so usually I give it to the dogs .Suffolk,VA .XLBGE ,Blackstone griddle.
