same plan as last year... 21lb bird, spatchcocked, mickey’s coffee rub, injected with beer/butter/spice blend, raised direct at 350, thinking about two hours. Also have a drug oven with turkey parts, fat, and veg to make the house smell good and to use the stock for gravy. Going to put her on around 2pm.
