same plan as last year... 21lb bird, spatchcocked, mickey’s coffee rub, injected with beer/butter/spice blend, raised direct at 350, thinking about two hours. Also have a drug oven with turkey parts, fat, and veg to make the house smell good and to use the stock for gravy. Going to put her on around 2pm.

Way short.... took all of three hours. But that was fine because there is always a delay with the apps and fixins.
