31 racks on Saturday with 2 trays Smoked Mac and Cheese 20 pounds of homemade sausage with vegetables ...did 7 tri tip Sunday , more Mac and Cheese and even more Sausage...Saturday was a rib cook off, Sunday was a cancer fund raiser ...thanks for looking

Ambitious cooks right there. Congrats on the cooks and results. Nice color on those ribs and you can't beat a side of smoked mac and cheese. Great on you for the fund raiser and hope the cook-off was a big success.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer!
