I used to use the scraper that came with my Blackstone kit.
The problem was I usually burned my knuckles or scalded them with steam. Wilma found this on clearance. I've only used it once after some smash burgers the other day, but I think I like it.
What do you use to scrape your Blackstone? Thanks for looking.

There are way too many $$$ solutions out there looking for a problem. -
i use the rigid browne spatula similar to the dexter version. sharpened the edges better, smahes a burger easily, scrapes a griddle, could chop a tree down with it

this things solid and heavey, there is no flex in it at all. someone reaches over you're cutting board, it would easily remove fingers

This would work if my Blackstone was still flat. I have the 17" and it warped. The steel cook top started to buckle, and the edges raised up about an inch during a cook. It was the strangest thing. I was able to weigh down the edges, and get back to semi flat, but there's still a dip in it. I figure one of the engineers can explain why that happened. Too hot? Uneven cooking?
I still use it! In fact, made some chicken Phillies tonight. It just doesn't scrape off as easily.LBGE since June 2012
