    How do you like the CI platesetter? I toyed with the idea of getting one, but figured it would likely rust like nobody's business if not babied to the extreme (especially with high heat, which would presumably strip the seasoning).

Having said that, it’s perfect for searingl.  Love it brother but not an everyday item.
