Pork Tenderloin on the Woodwind Pellet Grill

Had a package of two pork tenderloins from Publix. Decided to cook both of them and vacuum seal the leftovers. Gave them a generous dusting of Dizzy Pig Raging River. Set the Woodwind on low smoke for 45 minutes, then switched them to 275 degrees for about 30 minutes. Pulled them at 145 degrees and let rest. Sides were Fettuccine Alfredo and sauteed spinach with garlic. Quick and easy.
