Pics of my first cook

Performed my first cook today. Wanted to start with something relatively simple so I cooked a 5 lb. Boston Butt for me and my wife. Smoked with some hickory wood.  Was delicious and tender. The bark was excellent.

Beware, it's only matter of time, say your 4th or 5th butt,  before your SWMBO will state she's tired of butt.
