Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

I don't know anything about the rubs, but the Swift Premium brand is my go to brand for butts. They always turn out great.

So sorry about the website. Yes, we just realized it's been down. We got shut down, temporarily, because of a virus that causes other sites to get spammed from our site. Trying to figure out how to fix it. The current patch that Bruce did has not fixed it. Hope to be back up and running early this week. Thanks for the concern and love!!KelleyEgging with No Joke Smoke (Bruce), enjoying small town life in Brenham, TX., the home of Blue Bell Ice Cream. I was born in MN. My parents live west of the city in New Hope and I still have friends all over MN. Another Egghead, Adam, turned me on to Lion's Tap.
I try to get by when I visit.
I will be back in MN for 4 days in 2 weeks. Parents Anniversary. But I'm still a Packers Fan...lolThank you,DarianGalveston Texas -

@Photo Egg Nice rub choice. Thanks also for Hardcore red suggestion at Athens. I used the Black on a brisket over the holiday weekend. It was awesome. I will be smoking cream cheese with Kelley and Bruce's rub this weekend in Little Rock Eggfest.
