RIbs 12 bone style

My first contribution to the group.  I have been lurking awhile.    fFred up some ribs using 12 bones blueberry chipolte on the ribs on the right, and some my own sauce on the middle set, and 12 bones brown sugar recipe for the ribs on the left.

turned out great 220 for 4.5 hours

Assume you are referencing 12 Bones in Asheville. I have a good recipie for making your own sauce if interested. Calls for use of stout beer. Love me some 12 Bones. Nice job right there. Welcome.

    Thanks
I applied some sauce halfway thru, -30 minutes before I removed and a light glaze when I took them off.
