Wife wanted steak, so....

Dug a few out of the freezer. Found a Flannery Beef 10 oz dry aged rib cap medallion for her and a Flannery Beef 24 oz 60 day dry aged NY strip for me.

Have them on at 300 indirect. Will finish with a hot sear.
