It is what is for dinner

Beef steak tomatoes seasoned with SPOG, and a few other spices, 4 cheese blend, and topped with crumbled bacon, Bleu Cheese cole slaw, and a beef tenderloin roast marinated and dry rub. Going to roast some corn as well. The pilot nor is from Carne Ross, and hits the 2013 banner year, just right. Stanley Ranch has produced some monster vintages in the past. It is called Cherry Pie. If you find it, buy it.

Can't comment on the wine, as I know nothing about it, but the meal sounds amazing.

Love that meal plan.  And love that wine.  I recently bought 6 bottles of it on sale.

For those who don't want to spend $40+ on a bottle, it's little sister, Cherry Tart is also very good and about 1/3 the price.

Well....the meal turned out pretty ok. Our guests this weekend,  Robin and Party, excuse me, northGAcock, and his most beautiful and very fun, much better half Patti, My Beautiful Wife, and I, sat down to a late evening dinner.
Afterwards, we grabbed a few bottles of wine, and strayed out by the fire pit where we spent the rest of the evening, drinking adult beverages and laughing.
The weather was perfect as was the company.
I have to say this; we love having guests in our home, and we consider y'all our Family. Y'all are welcome here.
Today, we are going to have some fun, wings and 'shrooms, then the ladies are going to Havana Rumba, and the guys are going to  local brewery. Both places are less than 5 minutes away, by walking, and both places are are among the best in Louisville.
I am anxious for today, we will be heading to the James Taylor, and Bonnie Raitt  concert this evening.
    Y'all come see us.

@YukonRon I have some very close friends that just went to see James Taylor and Bonnie Raitt. They said it was hands down one of the best concerts they have attended. I hope you have a great time.

Wings and shrooms on the menu here today as well.  I'm sure that concert will be great, James Taylor is always a great show and Bonnie Raitt would definitely make it better.

Yes, they are. We were given these by MM, for a donation at a charity event, some years ago, if I remember correctly.
    Pretty cool.
