Air, being French, are of course a bit left-field, groovy and enormously cool.  Think chilled out Daft Punk.

Go! - Public Service Broadcasting (or all of their The Race for Space album,  from whence that came)

Public Service Broadcasting are form the UK and specialise in thematic albums, using dialogue samples from apparently incongruous sources.  
This album, as the name suggest, follows the period when getting on to the moon was all that mattered in the World.
This track uses recordings from "mission control" during the Apollo 11 mission.    
Give it a go,  the music's great even if the talking gets on your nerves a bit.    

Curious tangent : they take their name from the UK Govt's efforts to keep us all safe after WW11 through to much more recent times.  Numerous TV and Radio information programmes were made warning us of the dangers of everything from Nuclear fallout to crossing the road and famously how much bath water to use during the drought of 1976.   Search YouTube for a few,  some are genuinely scary and used to be on TV just after kids got home from school (in the 70's and 80's) to warn us about playing on/in electricity sub-stations and open water.  Believe me, in 1970's England they were attractive option, we didn't have your modern ideas like; shopping malls, skateboards and sunshine!

The hidden irony is that more children were actually harmed by predatory adults in the entertainment industry - but that's a whole other thread...
